Self Portrait

For this photo I had in my mind the concept of a distorted perspective - similar to the painting of Van Gogh's chair. I put the camera on a tripod, set up the scene, and then posed in the middle with a glass of beer and a slice of water melon (why ???). Adam, my son, is standing in the foreground.

My friend Alan then triggered the camera - as you might infer he had a good sense of humor. Alan unfortunately died a few years ago. Should he be named as the Photographer?

Part of the business ethic of Western societies appears to be selling yourself. Indeed I am.
